Being in the type of business where I have to follow up a lot of people who owe me debts I got free access to a piece of software called DCS over at chapterzero.co.uk. It's more for a business to help manage debts that are owed but it might come in use for people wanting to manage debts in general.

Its important that people who have debt issues look to resolve them as soon as they can rather than ignore it. more and more people are losing their homes and being made insolvent. dont let this happen.

Call Ashley Park Debt Solutions on 0800 043 3535 to see if we can help. As long as you have more than £100.00 per month to pay towards your creditors, then we can help.

dont leave it until its too late, take action now.

its always hard knowing which creditors to pay but some are easier than others to deal with. if you have debts with actual solicitors, then i would recommend paying these to avoid a ccj, collectors are normally much better.

more and more people are look at these types of companies as a means to help them over the short term, without realising that they are often making their situation worse. I run a financial management company called Ashley Park Debt Solutions based in Yorkshire, and if any readers are finding it difficult in maintaining their repayments or are looking for advice with debt issues, they can contact myself on 0800 043 3535 or visit www.ashleypark.co.uk to see if a financial management plan may be of more benefit as our clients only repay what they can afford, and we can deal with all of their debts for as little as £100.00 per month

We also offer rent back option, like Sally.
Every company has it own way to make money, at http://www.thebestpropertycompany.com - we hold property for periods of 7 years plus and work on gaining a long term relationship with the previous vendor and we make money from long term equity growth.
But I agree their are a lot of unethical companies who are offering rent back options.
Be aware of them!

I think i know what ads are mentioned here - they are very slimy adverts.

To illustrate just how bad they are, i remember the costs being shown on one (probably as a result of ASA action), and to borrow £25,000 costs roughly £43,000. The combination of low monthly repayments and with intest rates as high as 12% APR this basically makes one of these loands a miniture morgage.

Steer well clear.
